Everything was good, amazingly nice staff made our stay really comfortable. We appreciated breakfast that was included.

The room was warm and exceptionally comfortable. the hostel provides a kitchen and lockers, which is a great plus. - the location is good and decent, close to everything and in a nice area. - Easy access to Plaza de Armas from the hostel.

planned to see puerto montt major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. the hotel was in a favourable location, close to a bus stop. we truly enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was a nice size, I enjoyed it, and it had pay TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable & the staff there were very friendly and fantastic friendly. Location: the hotel was really close to the main bus station, a supermarket and the mall.

We really liked the favorable and decent location of the hotel. It's not far from the mall, waterfront, and the bus terminal. There are local fast food options like Bartanan, just a 5-minute walk away.

My stay at Islanet Hostel & Bar was fantastic. The hostel is well-maintained with modern equipment and kept very clean. The staff, especially Marco and Cristian, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast prepared by Marco was delicious and the beds were comfortable. The hostel also provided free wifi and hot showers, which was a great bonus. Although there were a few small issues like creaky floorboards and a lack of bathrooms, they didn't detract from my overall positive experience. I highly recommend Islanet Hostel & Bar for a great stay in Puerto Montt. I would definitely choose this hostel again.

Marco, the amazing receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The clean and modern facilities, including a spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen, impressed me. The friendly and efficient staff, who changed my bed sheets daily, made me feel truly welcomed. The communal areas were always spotlessly clean, and the positive vibes were contagious. I also had the pleasure of meeting great people and indulging in the best hostel breakfast prepared by Marco himself. I highly recommend this place for a delightful and memorable stay.

Although not close to the bus terminal, the hostel has a good location, close to the main bus station and everything in town. The rooms are comfortable with hot showers and the breakfast is excellent. The hostel also offers a kitchen and dining area, providing a space to socialize. The facilities are modern and clean, with fast WiFi and a quiet neighborhood.

The staff lacked knowledge and were unhelpful, giving incorrect information about transportation and failing to mention the separate WiFi router.
